Our Process
REGISTRATION PROCESS
BOOKING WORKERS PROCESS
1.Telephone discussion with all potential candidates to discuss the job in more detail and their suitability for the role.

- 2. Suitable candidates are invited to complete a registration including an interview, which can be face to face or online.

- 3. Right to Work and Licence Checks are completed

- 4. Skills testing is completed if it is appropriate for the role, this could include knowledge testing on Driving Hours, The Highway Code or FLT Theory

- 5. Reference Checks completed from at least two previous employers
- 6. Candidate are briefed on the job role either face to face or over the telephone and Assignment Details are provided in writing
1. Contact Elite either by phone or email with your requirements – You can book staff for short term holiday and sickness cover or to cover your long-term recruitment needs
2. We will normally visit site to gain an understanding of the job role and skills required, however if this is not possible or if it is an urgent requirement, we would take details over the telephone or an online meeting.
3. We agree Terms & Charge Rates
4. We speak to suitable candidates who are already registered and vetted with Elite about the Job Role, we often have people available and ready to work immediately.
5. We have access to multiple job boards to advertise and search for candidates if we don’t have anyone already registered
6. Candidate details and qualifications are confirmed in writing
