Job Description

Elite Employment Solutions specialise in Recruitment for the Transport and Logistics sector and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Widnes Office to contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

The role includes:

  • Providing a support role to the Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Co-Ordinators
  • Screening candidates over the telephone and face to face.
  • Using company approved methods to advertise vacancies and generate suitable candidates to fill outstanding vacancies
  • Completing registrations including right to work checks
  • Candidate Management and Retention
  • Providing Customer Service to our Clients
  • Taking part in the out of hours On-Call Rota, which includes some weekends
  • Driving Licence is essential to travel to clients

Ideally, we are looking for people with some previous recruitment experience preferably from within the driving sector, although applicants with a background in Transport, Sales or Customer Service will be considered.
