Job Summary

Elite Employment Solutions specialise in Recruitment for the Transport and Logistics sector and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Widnes Office to contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

The role includes:

Providing a support role to the Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Co-Ordinators
Screening candidates over the telephone and face to face.
Using company approved methods to advertise vacancies and generate suitable candidates to fill outstanding vacancies
Completing registrations including right to work checks
Candidate Management and Retention
Providing Customer Service to our Clients
Taking part in the out of hours On-Call Rota, which includes some weekends

Ambitious and self-motivated
Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
Good Team working skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage your own work load and prioritise tasks

Ideally, we are looking for people with some previous recruitment experience preferably from within the driving sector, although applicants with a background in Transport, Sales or Customer Service will be considered.
