Back in December we launched our new App. Over the next few weeks we will be taking you through some of the features and benefits of using it.

In an ideal world we would love the chance to meet you face to face when registering for work to find out exactly what it is that you are looking for. However, we also understand that sometimes it isn’t easy to take a day off work to do this, so registering on our App offers you a lot more flexibility and convenience.

Once you have downloaded our App Elite Employment Solutions to your phone and registered your personal details with your documents uploaded, one of our Consultants will give you a call to have an initial chat about your requirements and suitability for work.

Following this chat we will verify your documents to ensure that you have all of the correct documents to enable you to work and we will arrange a convenient time to conduct a telephone interview. This will usually take around 15 minutes.

During this interview you will be asked about your skills and experience along with previous employment history. You will be asked what type of work that you are looking for, the shifts that you prefer and if you are looking for temporary work or a permanent position. We always take references before placing a driver out to work and this should cover the previous 5 years history.

Once your interview is complete we will then discuss the vacancies that we currently have available that are suitable for you. You will be sent an agreement for work finding services and a licence check authority form to sign electronically along with a welcome pack with all of the information that you will need whilst working with us.
